Robert Liddicoat 1936-2013

Robert Liddicoat was an esteemed artist and teacher, having several teaching appointments ranging from the National Art School in Sydney to teaching University students in Korea. His delicate drawings capture light and shade to bring his artworks to life. He painted in the style of Cezanne, using large brush strokes of pure colour to add interest and beauty to his paintings. He was also known for his works on paper with his trademark rendering techniques and ability to apply himself to different mediums.

Size:  20x 26cm, frame is 37 x 43cm.

Condition: excellent, freshly framed  in an oak frame that has been hand stained with archival materials.
