Frederick James Elliott (1864-1949)

This is a great little watercolour that shows the coming and going of the boats and ferries at Circular Quay. You can see a few buildings that are still there today and it captures life on Sydney Harbour at the time. Elliott has used a soft palette and gentle linework to make what is a lovely artwork.

Condition: excellent, this work has been cleaned and reframed using conservation mounting and backing.
