The Goulburn River

This quaint little painting is believed to have been produced in 1915 in Victoria on the banks of the Goulburn River.  The artist has used large directional brushstrokes and a simple pallet of naturalistic colours. The artwork has been created in an Impressionistic style to capture a very peaceful scene. It is a lovely little painting with a gorgeous frame.
